I had this for breakfast the other day. Natto beans are fermented and come from Japanese Cuisine. They are the highest source of nattokinase and also have a lot of viatamin K2 , It’s hard to make them taste good and yet, I’ve come up with lots of ways to do just that. They are wonderful for natural dietary detox and have lots of healing probiotics as well. I buy them cheap at Asian markets but do not use the sauce that comes with them as it pretty much always contains MSG and other stuff that my body doesn’t like so much. The beans themselves are wonderful. They are otherwise very expensive when bought through health specialty outlets.
This salad simply has: tomatoes, mango, avocado, natto beans, olive oil and salt.
